Specialist Finance I
This position is responsible for TWV billings and Collections. Activities include inputting information into government Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF) system, processing invoices, processing credit card payments, and posting cash payments to open invoices. Other responsibilities include preparing Invoice Aging analysis, Account reconciliations, reconciling customer payments to contracts, and managing the payment differences in unapplied cash. Required Skills: Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written Strong analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy Computer literate including extensive spreadsheet analytical capability Preferred Skills: Prior invoice processing experience Experience in government accounting/contracting (FP/CP/TM Contracts) Experience with government systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Experience with Mapics/IFM(Integrated Financial Manager) BAE Systems is a premier global defense and security company with approximately 100,000 employees delivering a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology solutions and customer support and services.
