As part of this overall growth initiative, Sears is seeking passionate, customer centric sales leaders to fill the position of Specialty Fitness Store Lead. A background in both retail and fitness environments is a must. This position will assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with coaching, training, scheduling and performance management of its fitness department and its associates. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements Qualifications: ? Retail experience, preferably in high end sales ? 2-3 years of management experience ? Strong knowledge of fitness industry, products and trends ? Ability to demonstrate product features/benefits and communicate clearly to customers ? Ability to train, lead and develop a team ? Strong organizational skills ? Computer literacy a must; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Education/Training: ? High School graduate; College degree preferred ? Personal Trainer Certification preferred Years Experience 2 - 5 Years Experience Preferred Minimum Education Bachelors Level Degree Travel Requirements None
