Harrington Starr is working exclusively with a derivatives and swaps trade life cycle technology pioneer to find a Senior Flex Developer that will join a flex team that work providing sophisticated UI for end users is financial entities in London and around the world.

As the Senior Flex Developer you will be working closely with senior management and the other specialist Flex developers tasked with full project life cycle development on several greenfield projects. The continuous pipeline of projects will give you exposure to various commercial needs whilst pushing the boundaries of performance through collaborating with the server side development teams. Focus is on elite performance and you will be expected to contribute in daily scrums with innovative ideas.

Key requirements:

* 3+ Years Flex development commercial experience (Essential)
* Exposure to multi-threading or concurrent programming systems (Beneficial)
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills (Essential)
* Java, J2SE, Spring, Hibernate, Wicket, HTML, XML (Beneficial)
