Specialist FX or ALM Business Analysts/Multiple Opportunities recruitment
A leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major multi year re-engineering programme. They are looking for several independent Business Analysts with FX or ALM background having worked on large scale programs.
The business analyst will assist in delivering this programme by:
- Identifying/Gathering/ Questioning and challenging when necessary/ documenting the requirements front to back
- Re-engineering existing processes towards full STP
- Defining and documenting clearly the workflows
- Specifying the use cases
- Defining the high level test cases
- Coordinating the test activities with the front to back businesses
- Assisting the project roll-out in each location
- Becoming a key, go-to BA within Fixed Income Cash environment, as well as the wider Financial Market Service Delivery group
Must Have:
- Senior stakeholders engagement skills
- Implementation of front to back applications in Investment banking
- Experienced in interacting with financial applications Vendors
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong Communication skills
- A results orientated person
- Self starter mind set/ can do attitude/Problem solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in large scale FX front to back platform implementation
- Experience in large scale Treasury front to back platform implementation
- Experience in change management
- Experience in SQL/PLSQL/Hibernate SQL
- Exposure to Visual Basic (VBA/VB.Net/VB script)
