Job Description Responsible for supporting design and construction team efforts to provide building systems coordination within an assigned territory (NJ). B. Experience, Tasks, and Responsibilites 1. Develop 3D models to facilitate system coordination. 2. Facilitate system coordination processes utilizing 3D modeling techniques. 3. Prepare site plans, logistic plans and graphic materials as necessary. 4. Develop strategic relationships with architects, engineers and contractors. 5. Perform constructability evaluations of design documents. 6. Develop 3D models for 4D schedule utilization. 7. Support onsite design/model coordinators. 8. Provide design coordination support. C. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Strong experience and knowledge of all aspects of design and construction industry. 2. Good management skills, planning skills and communication skills. 3. Demonstrate proficiency with production, interpretation, and utilization of 3D modeling techniques. 4. Revit and BIM program expertise 5. Ability to participate in presentations for BD and existing projects 6. D. Requirements 1. B.S. in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or the equivalent 2.
