Environmental and Combustion Controls (ECC) is a strategic business unit in Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). Honeywell is searching for a Sales Support Specialist to add to their staff in Fort Mill, SC!  If you have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience, we want to talk to you today!
 
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the following:
·         Preparing and presenting weekly and quarterly revenue reports for the Supporting Selling Team. Participating in the weekly revenue calls and deal funnel reviews, providing account updates, project status, and any known challenges or opportunities to Sales and Operations management.
·         Responding to inquiries from the Product Marketing and ISC regarding (a) new product forecasts, and (b) opportunities and revenue for the selling team.
·         SIOP Team member with respect to the Demand Forecast Plan and its alignment to the revenue plan.
·         Supporting revenue objectives by acting as the liaison between the selling team and all functions within the HSM organization. This includes, but is not limited to, attending project meetings, developing and implementing supporting processes and escalating issues that are not resolved in a timely manner.
·         Effectively managing Demonstration/Evaluation equipment for his/her selling team. Tracking and reporting status of outstanding equipment, obtaining appropriate approvals, and keeping evaluation orders current.
·         Effectively managing the pending order process for his/her selling team. Identifying situations appropriate for placing a pending order, obtaining appropriate approvals, and tracking the order to closure.
·         Developing and managing the planner-to-planner relationship with targeted accounts.
·         Regularly employs solid problem solving skills by performing independent analysis of data from several sources, and devising appropriate solutions within broadly defined parameters.
·         Supports company product end-of life plan with respect to customer last time buy orders and forecasts.
·        Actively uses quality skills training and participates in all activities related to improving all products and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
•       2 year Associates Degree
•       Minimum of 3 year sales or sales support experience
 
Preferred Qualifications:
•       Bachelor’s degree preferred
•       SAP knowledge preferred
•       Excellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skills
•       Above average computer Microsoft Office skills with a proven ability to develop additional skills as required
