Specialty Manager of Performance Measurement and Analysis Job in Northbrook 60062, Illinois US
This position will manage a team of data analysts who are accountable for the data manipulation, analysis and integrity of reporting for Specialty Mail Operations. The team will be primarily focused on creating, monitoring, tracking, reporting, and analyzing key operational reports and metrics to drive business changes, results and behaviors. Role interacts closely with all service areas of Specialty which includes Pharmacy Operations, Analytics Outcomes, Trade Relations, Materials Management and Clinical Operations.
Manager role will directly handle large scale projects that may involve patient sensitive data, payor data, clinical data, prior authorization data, benefits verification data, customer care data and analytics and outcomes data.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or related field.
10 year work experience; 5+ years experience in Health Care related areas with demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, analysis and actuarial science. Prefer 3+ years direct management in leading a team. Progressive experience in logistics and/or distribution management; process management experience in health care preferred and/or demonstrated ability to manage process improvement programs.
