Product Sales Support Central Division / Chicago Tasks: - Maintains current information on Comcast products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions. - Conducts clerical research which requires an understanding of departmental programs, policie, and procedures. - Researches, processes, and manages customer escalations. - Responds to and resolves basic account calls and/or escalates non-technical issues for all accounts to the Product Sales Support Supervisor. - Provides timely feedback to the appropriate Sale Representative to ensure account satisfaction. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Position Summary This position will develop and own sales support functions within the Greater Chicago Region to empower the sales force to sell more. The specialist will identify, coordinate and communicate as well as own many administrative tasks of the sales teams. Major Responsibilities: ? Own, be in front of and communicate any new product, program, process, policy and/or changes in the business to employees ? Create and implement collateral and offer material for the sales teams ? Communicate and leverage competitive and product information ? Create job aids for new methods and procedures ? Own administrative support work for sales teams ? Ad hoc projects Skills Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent - Marketing - - Generally requires 0-2 years related experience Minimum requirements: ? Sales and/or marketing project management experience preferred ? Cable experience preferred and/or experience in the following related industries: satellite TV, telephony, wireless or on-line services. ? Strong planning, problem solving, administrative and time management skills required; strong focus on delivering results on time and communicating progress; must be able to manage multiple projects at one time ? Must be internal customer focused ? PC proficient and the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products ? Self-motivated and self-directed ?
