Spectrum Management Functional Analyst Job in Norfolk, Virginia US

10 years work experience with DOD Spectrum Management(prefer Navy/Marine Corps experience). Familiarity with Spectrum XXI. Former NEC 2301 or 2302 experience preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.

Position may require travel.

Must hold and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizational skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Job Description:
This position is contingent on contract award.

URS is seeking a Spectrum Management Functional Analyst to support the Navy Marine Corps Spectrum Office (NMCSO). Selected individual will process frequency proposals, obtain frequency authorizations, and execute other spectrum management responsibilities as required, demonstrating familiarity with Spectrum XXI. The Functional Analyst will also assist in general NMCSO administration/management support tasks as required.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
