Job Description
Contact assigned dealers and prospects to sell application equipment products within a designated geographic region.
Focuses on region/territory sales targets and market share for application equipment, new business development, and troubleshooting on problems or key markets.
Actively calls on end users to drive retail sales
Meets monthly, quarterly and annual market share and unit objectives by effective interaction with the territory sales team (including Territory Sales Managers, Dealers, CNH Capital and Service), and direct customer and prospect contact
Manages dealer inventory to meet retail demand
Generates revenue to the business by directly influencing dealers and customers on application equipment products.
Ensures accuracy of sales forecasts resulting in appropriate plant production schedules for application equipment products.
Manage company assets including but not limited to inventory and sales/marketing collateral.
Serves as direct company/brand representative to dealers and customers, portraying brand image.
Negotiates with external dealers and customers daily on application equipment product, pricing and programs.
Reports to Regional Sales team and Application Equipment business leads as to issues, opportunities, trends, and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years comprehensive experience in sales and marketing with direct experience with dealers and dealer operations
