Sprinkler Service Sales Rep Job in Oklahoma City 73108, Oklahoma US

Duties include, but are not limited to: selling Sprinkler Services to assigned customer base (geography or account).  Manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing design, creating contract, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, providing on-going customer service through system implementation, and selling any upgrade/add-on opportunities.  Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives. Work with other sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management to meet customer needs.  Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers, general contractors and end users. May specialize on product, vertical market, customer type (contractor or end-user), or sales strategy (new or existing customers).  May conduct other non-selling activities, like project management.
1.        Excellent sales representation and closing techniques
2.        Strong communication and organizational skills
3.        Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
4.        Valid Drivers License with good driving record
5.        Five (5) years experience estimating/designing Fire Sprinkler or related experience in the construction industry
6.        NICET II Certification or higher in Sprinkler Layout and required Oklahoma Licensing
7.        Must possess good oral and written communication skills and sales techniques
8.        Must understand current NFPA 13 standards and local codes
9.        High School Diploma or equivalent
