Essential Job Functions:
The candidate will act as the Sprint Analyst and assist in the development of sprints and releases; system integration and testing; and program level coordination with other IRS projects and stakeholders across the enterprise requiring interface and/or alignment with CDR.
- Participate in SCRUM teams of business analysts, developers and testers to plan deliverables for each development sprint. Provide meeting minutes and action item lists within 24 hours of SCRUM meetings – 25%
- Provide expertise in identifying iterative process improvements and methods to streamline adoption of the methodology – 25%
- Support solicitation of input and feedback from stakeholders and users after each Sprint – 10%
- Update Product Backlog Items to include new or revised requirements and backlog items – 20%
- Support Deliverables to include Release Burn Down Charts, Sprint Burn Down Charts and Defect Log – 20%
Work Experience Field:
- Demonstrated experience in iterative methodologies (Agile/Scrum) – 3-7 years
- Very strong facilitation and planning skills – 3-7 years
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills – 3-7 years
- In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle for implementing Enterprise level systems – 3-5 years
- The candidate MUST have general knowledge of basic office software such as MS Office Suite as well as good communication skills.

- IRS system and data knowledge experience
- Active IRS Medium Risk MBI clearance
- Certified Scrum Master

- Rational Requisite Pro
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT field, or experience in lieu of a degree.
Requirements:
For an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance, Candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
