This position provides technical, operational and training expertise to county staff and users. Responsibilities also include monitoring the Microsoft SQL databases running in a VmWare environment.
Qualified applicants for this full-time position must have a Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related field with SQL database coursework and two to three years of experience in database administration, computer network engineering or server administration. Individuals with an Associates Degree and three to five years experience will also be considered. Experience with VmWare preferred.
Jackson County offers a complete, competitive benefits package. Starting salary $49,118.
