SQL Developer – Boutique Fund Manager
An opportunity has come up for a pro-active and switched on SQL Developer to join my client’s IT team. I am working with a fantastic boutique fund manager based in London. This is a chance to develop your technical and personal skills in the investment management world.
Responsibilities:
• Daily meetings with managers to outline tasks that need to be completed and are in progress for the day.
• Completing BAU and bug fixing tasks and dealing with any problems that may arise.
• Working with various other teams to solve any outstanding issues.
• Providing some third line support to the business for existing applications/development.
Requirements:
• Previous experience designing, implementing and maintaining complex database systems within a structured environment.
• Excellent T-SQL development skills.
• Exposure to SSIS and SSAS.
• Previous Fixed Income experience would be beneficial.
• Previous experience with MS SQL version 2008+.
• Very good inter-personal skills and being able to liaise with various teams.
