Job Description -

·         Strong Knowledge in MS SQL(2005 2008)

·         Strong Knowledge SQL Server Administrator

·         Basic Administration capabilities to handle wide range of DB’s and schemas

·         Should have experience in Data Migration Activities

·         Should have excellent communication skills

·         Troubleshooting issues like log shipping, mirroring, replication, SSIS packages or any SQL server jobs.

·         Have had exposure to clusters in our Coop environment.

·         Proactive monitoring of the databases with automation and regular

·         database maintenance like re-indexing, shrinking and updating statistics.

·         This includes backup check, space monitoring, job failure check.

·         Follow procedures and policy-Any changes in the databases like schema change / SSIS package change to be done in DEV, QA and PROD in order

·         Preparation of Technical documents related to the project
