Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements. Proficient in application development for a specific technology.

Operational leadership abilities
i) Operationally support the strategy to create and document four ongoing and continuous programs
ii) Assist in identifying and documenting best processes and practices utilized to drive efficiencies. Further assist in communicating business best practices across teams.

Technical Experience
i) Must have extensive and thorough expertise and proven working experience in SQL which includes
(1) Microsoft SQL database administration, database design, SQL Server Integration Services, and Microsoft Reporting Services
(2) The ability to accept business requirements and produce business metrics reporting in a presentable format
(3) Must have ability to take an existing SQL database(s) and improve its architecture and efficiencies
ii) Must have extensive Microsoft Office product experience Excel, PowerPoint, Word
iii) Must have general experience in ASP.Net, HTML, and scripting/scheduling
iv) An ideal candidate will also have a general understanding and/or aptitude and willingness to learn Cognos (v10), Cognos Query and Analysis Studio, and Reports Studio
Data analysis
i) Must be able to provide management data trends
ii) Must be able to provide recommendations based on informational trends
iii) Provide assistance in producing reporting measures showing the efficiency value-adds to the business

Communication
i) Occasionally meet with management reporting progress and results of managed programs

i) Main responsibility will be to design, produce, and support executive level reporting, Microsoft SQL database administration, database design, SQL Server Integration Services, and Microsoft Reporting Services.

Additionally the position should hold general knowledge within the following technologies: ASP.Net, HTML, PHP, and scripting/scheduling.
ii) The Tech Ops Analyst will also have tertiary responsibilities in the creation and/or adoption of an SLA metrics web portal, and support application SLA monitoring and reporting, technology incident ticket reporting, establishment of technician quality scorecards, and a client satisfaction system. This includes designing and documenting the entirety of all programs, providing trend analysis reporting and recommendations for improvement, and meeting with Tier I/II/III management on a regular basis.
