Sr. Account Executive

This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Account Executive looking to gain essential experience for continued career growth and advancement and/or an experienced Account Supervisor on a full time basis. This is a pharmaceutical advertising agency in NYC. You would be working alongside the senior account team for a major client base.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of corporate brand account.
-Drive the development and organic growth of assigned projects.
-Meet with and speak with assigned client and adding value added suggestions to client needs, negotiate and close proposals, either alone or with the support of lead account personnel for more complex initiatives.
-Create and foster a working relationship with assigned client to develop an understanding of the client’s market, brand, competitors and trends so this can be applied when interacting with clients and developing business proposals.
-Manage creative directors, producer and client expectations to ensure delivery of recommendations made from client meetings by working with internal departments.

Requirements:
-3-5 years of Account Management/Client Services experience in Agency environment required.
-BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related field.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Pharmaceutical client experience is a MUST.
-Traditional and Digital campaign experience in an agency environment required.
- Corporate brand clients a must.
-Ability to meet day-to-day project deadlines.
-Ability to multitask and work well in high stress environment.
-Excellent relationship building, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Project).
