Description

Under limited direction, performs secretarial and administration assignments of confidential nature. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues. Position requires poise and tact and diplomacy. Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing to detail, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

Typically requires a high school education. More than 5 years of experience. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point).
