Responsibilities:
To assist the Vice President of Quality and provide executive administrative support in matters requiring an extremely high level of administrative expertise - including anticipation abilities, execution of situational judgment without specific direction, and managing confidentiality. The person successful in this position will be acknowledged as a trusted extension of the VP's office, the Quality leadership team and to the business. He or she will have demonstrated responsibilities and experiences which confirm the fundamental skills associated with executive administrative functions and responsibilities allowing for involvement in a greater breadth and scope of organizational activities.
Serve as primary administrative liaison between the Vice President of Quality and the Quality Leadership Team, the VP of Operations and other senior leaders ensuring timely communication, accessibility to and responsiveness within all business units.
Provide administrative support of a highly confidential nature in a broad range of areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to issues involving direct reports to the Vice President, acting as a member of the Quality LeadershipTeam, and other teams as appointed.
Serve as information and communication lead for VP's office which includes but is not limited to: distribute and organize mail, plan and schedule meetings, manage the VP's calendars/day, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, organize meetings and luncheons, prepare expense reports, and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel. Conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail.
Develop and execute special projects at the direction of the Vice President, in support of site activities and develop and maintain detailed operational presentations for use by the Vice President and the Quality Leadership Team. Provide administrative support to members of the Quality Leadership Team on special projects, as required.
Coordinate all Quality Leadership meetings to the requirements and expectations of the Vice President. And support senior Teva Quality executives as needed when they are on site.

Qualifications:
High school diploma and at least ten (10) years experience in administrative support for senior-level executives.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Four (4) year degree preferred.
Excellent computer skills to include MSWord, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet search vehicles.
Must be able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
Demonstrate experience in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel.
Must be personable and professional in communicating with all levels of the organization to ensure timely project execution and success.
Must be able to act independently and exercise good judgment on behalf of his/her boss to ensure business moves forward effectively and uninterrupted.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic research skills and knowledge of how and where to obtain routine information preferred.
Experience in an environment regulated by FDA preferred.
