Under the direction of the Treasury Manager, this position will take on a significant role in the analysis and support of the company's electronic payments products and services by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Payments Analysis and Reporting Perform accurate forecasting of card and bank related fees and associated budget variance analysis Produce and enhance reporting related to credit card, debit card, and ACH payments and associated processing fees. Identify key payment metrics and performance measurements. Complete monthly reporting packages, analyze results, and share insights with management Analyze customer payment behavior and trends to find opportunities to influence adoption of lowest cost payment options, reduce churn, and minimize fraud risk. Proactively find ways to streamline and automate reporting and daily activities Produce complex financial models and analysis in support of payments/electronic services projects and initiatives. These may be related to ACH, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Mobile and Internet Banking and Bill Pay, among other things. ·Monitor and research rapidly evolving payments landscape. Assess potential opportunities and risks associated with changes to existing banking structure and payment product innovations Ensure proper controls are in place and followed to minimize internal/external fraud. Document procedures which get outdated. Perform special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by Treasury Manager Cross-Functional Project Support ·Represent Treasury as payments system Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cross-functional projects. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to ensure payment functionality is optimized Ensure compliance with banking rules and regulations is met and lowest-cost processing is prioritized. Provide business case development and modeling support, submit business requirements and functional specifications, and participate in user acceptance testing. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders for the successful deployment of payment solutions. Work effectively with cross-functional business partners including, but not limited to Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Accounting, Finance, EIT, Customer Experience, Risk, and Procurement Educate Marketing and other departments on importance of driving customers to lowest cost payment method Attend weekly Enterprise Feasibility Meetings and provide summary for Treasury team Prepaid Card Programs Management Oversee company use of various prepaid card products. This may include an assessment of proposed use, facilitation of new card orders, providing direction and support of card disbursement and redemption, and issue resolution. Manage and monitor internal business customers through programs/campaigns. Set-up new card promotions, create custom reporting, and ensure compliance with gift card rules. Continually improve product performance and customer experience Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are current by partnering with issuing bank and T-Mobile legal for terms and conditions of card use and use of trademarks Educate and promote the use of prepaid cards and look for opportunities with new innovative prepaid solutions
