Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key member of a newly created best practices capability that continues our evolution with a cutting edge focus to drive innovation and efficiency in media operations and digital media analytics reporting. You will become part of a cross team of analytics, technology and media experts. You will be tasked with helping drive reporting and technology innovation though the merging of design, usability and technology.

The ideal candidate brings a fever for analytics and design and thrives in designing, developing, maintaining, managing and modifying reporting dashboards. Partnering with outside vendors, Digitas Strategy and Analytics Group and IT Support teams, you will help design and produce exceptional reports with high end usability and functionality for external clients. The incumbent will also work across many client teams on the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, engineering, computer science or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years experience developing analytic reports and supporting analytic environments

• Experienced using OLAP tools: Cognos, Brio, Business Objects or similar preferred

• Familiarity with dashboard concepts and tools, web-related technologies, online advertising type work

• Knowledge of database design and applications

• Desired experience with analytic segmentation, database marketing, test design, reporting and analysis design, web marketing measurement and site analysis

• Experience in agency environment a plus

• Ability to utilize analytical tools including, SAS or SPSS, Excel, Access, Strata, MS SQL, or Oracle packages a plus

• Visual design aptitude

• Ability to adapt to new technologies easily
