Job Description ? Continually challenges status quo and is passionate about driving improvements through technology, innovation, process improvements and associate development. ? Partners with internal IT and business teams to identify process improvement opportunities, new business requirements and facilitates the development of new applications to meet SHC needs. ? Effectively works with cross functional project teams to develop business process and technology improvements ensuring business requirements, solution design and subsequent implementation are accurately documented, developed and delivered to the business team?s specifications. ? Establishes and delivers upon project timelines throughout design, construction and user acceptance testing ensuring quality control and testing standards are adhered to. ? Facilitates system production implementations, supports the business and IT teams, ensuring system deployments are managed efficiently and effectively while minimizing the impact to the end-users. ? Participates in associate change management programs by developing training programs for new tools and processes and is proactive in engaging subject matter experts before and during deployment. ? Develops and monitors a variety of exception reporting to ensure compliance in all aspects of process management and identify any gaps in quality of execution. ? Demands excellence and holds self accountable for ongoing improvements to increase efficiencies of business process and systems. ? Effectively leverages individual strengths and actively mentors others. ? Acts with a strong sense of urgency and is driven to achieve results. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements ? Technical. Associate must have a strong working knowledge of retail space management systems principles, practices and methods. Associate must have a passion to continually seek out new knowledge from others and transfer that information to the organization. ? Proven abilities in teaching, mentoring, and elevating overall team knowledge and quality output. ? Advanced experience with JDA Intactix space management suite highly preferred including: Space Planning, Floor Planning, IKB, Planogram Generator, and advanced analytical capabilities. ? Experience with Oracle Merchandise Optimization suite preferred. ? Behavioral. Associate must embody personal behaviors consistent with SHC leadership principles. Incumbent must be viewed with respect, credibility and trust within Space Management and with key leaders across the organization. ? The desire to create and influence change through their behavior and enthusiasm in their work. ? In-depth knowledge of supply and demand sides of retail, supply chain, merchandise layout and space planning practices and procedures. ? Analytical Systems Knowledge. Associate must have the analytic and technical ability to understand complex business processes and system functionality to successfully create and apply solutions to business needs. Associate must also be able to effectively translate these specific business and system concepts to various level of the organization. ? Communications. Associate must excel at communicating complex issues in simple to understand yet actionable ways. Associate must be able to define these to the organization in concise words/numbers/pictures or other training methods. ? High degree of self confidence and excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. ? Change Management. Associate must have a desire and the capacity to create change (as opposed to simply reacting and adapting to change initiated by others). ? Leadership. ? Associate must possess strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills. Associate must also demonstrate a passion for the development and growth of the business analysts he/she supports. ? Minimum of 5 years in training, retail systems implementations, change management, and business process engineering. ? Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Years Experience 1 - 2 Years Experience Preferred Minimum Education Bachelors Level Degree Travel Requirements On Occasion (Less than 5%)
