Primary Focus:
Leading energy retailer has an immediate need for a Sr. Analyst, Strategic Change and Business Readiness. The Sr. Analyst, Strategic Change and Business Readiness will focus on providing analyses of opportunities/risks and facilitates timely decision-making activities with business leaders to inform scope of work for change. The ideal candidate will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Actively engage and represent stakeholders and business units in their activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
· Review business case, benefits and NPV to insure accuracy and completeness of proposed solution/change.
· Identify potential change to current business practices and explore new paths, procedures and approaches.
· Define business success criteria, design and execute business readiness impact assessments for all change projects.
· Deliver all Business Readiness activities on time and with quality.
· Define and develop training and communications strategy and plans for all change initiatives; coordinate UAT activities.
· Provide support to a subset of the BA team for developmental purposes and to support day-to-day coaching/issues management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience required
· 2-5 years experience working in leadership role for managing issues, projects and client support activities (utilities knowledge preferred)
· Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts
· Effectively managing multiple activities and meeting deadlines
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, including coaching, motivating, facilitating and presentation skills
· Strong understanding of the organization’s business systems, business processes and industry requirements
· Proficient in Visio and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
