Sr. Analytics Advisor, Medical Benefit Management
? The Director of Analytics, Medical Benefit Management (MBM), is responsible for designing and leading the execution of the various analyses required in support of emerging programs in the area of medical benefit management at CVS Caremark. This individual will: o help to manage the data needed to support these analyses, working closely with other divisions to establish requirements related to medical claims intake, scrubbing, processing and storage in an appropriate database. o work collaboratively with other members of the MBM team to synthesize findings and communicate them, especially via presentations and reporting, to both internal and external constituencies. o provide expert guidance on the creation, prototyping and deployment of analytic tools aimed at automating and enhancing the MBM programs for our clients. o Utilize extensive modeling and statistical techniques in the performance of the core duties of the position. In addition, the director will also be responsible for helping to recruit and manage additional analytic resources in this area as the programs expand and the need arises
