Sr. Associate Director, Oncology Training Development - NJ Pharma
Summary: Exciting and high exposure Sr. Assoc. Director, Oncology Training Dev. (Sales, Marketing, MSL, etc.) position with a top pharma company in NJ. This leadership position is responsible for the implementation of the global strategic plan as it relates to training and internal communication within Oncology, and there are several upcoming product launches.

Company Description: A very successful top pharmaceutical company located in NJ with multiple commercialized FDA approved drugs (in oncology and other therapeutic areas) and a rich RD pipeline.
Location: Northern, NJ, which is readily accessible from New York City, New York State, Connecticut and areas in Central and Western NJ .
Compensation: Compensation will vary depending upon the depth and quality of relevant Sales Training Development and Oncology experience. Compensation package will include a competitive base salary, excellent bonus and benefits
Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for qualifying professionals.
Responsibilities: In a nutshell, you will report directly to the Head of TD Oncology, work closely with Sr. Management of multiple functional areas (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs…) to create /design / develop “best in class” training and development programs for this company’s oncology Sales / MSL / etc. force to use to launch its new oncology drugs/treatments.
Requirements Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer Masters or terminal degree ideally.
- Oncology experience in a Sales, MSL, or (preferably) Training role is required.
- Background in field training is essential.
- Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Effectively communicate, manage conflict, and apply continuous learning and work standards.
- Ability to successfully build and manage partnership across the company for success.
- Demonstrate strategic decision making, innovation, and the capability to facilitate change within an organization.
- Experience working with vendor selection to enhance program capabilities.
- Experience with training for launching new products is desirable.
