Job requirements

The Senior Assciate Support CMIB is responsible for the autonomous, specialized support for all the technical/administrative busniess of services of Cash Management and International Business with corporate costumers. Support/ administration shall be provided with due consideration of the customers' specific needs and the Bank's operational requirements, as well as in close cooperation with the reponsable sales staff, whom it supports for any problems which may arise.

His/her field of respobsibility contains futhermore the techical and contractuel processing for the use of the product service. He supervises the contracts agreed upon customers according tot the techical realisation. He/she is in close contact with customers and is able to immidiately relpay to customers regarding questions of their daily CMIB-business.

Duties revolve around the following:
- Support for the Sales Specialist CMIB in the sales process.
- Advice on contracts and providing techical solutions with Sales Specialist CMIB,
relaionship manager in coporate banking and corporate customers.
- Drawing up contracts, sending and checking contracts upon return (in complex
cases)
- As fare as possible, independent hendling of non-technical customer inquiries and
complaints relation to CMIB products and forwarding to the responsible units.
- Arranging and coordinating business meetings with corporate customers and
potential customers on behalf of theresponsible Sales Specialist CMIB.
- Receipt of orders for CMIB products and clarification or order details.
- Registration and forwarding or oderst to the responsible units respectively.
- Coordination of deployments of Corporate IT-Service employees.
- Providing information and advice on transactions in foreign payment transactions
(in complex cases).

He/ she helps young employees and may be requred to act as a speaker within the framework of the bank's qualifiaction measures.

Job qualifications

- Completed commercial training (e.g. as a banker), preferbly supplemented by a
qualification as a fully trained banking specialist.
- Many years of experience in the area of Sales Support/ Customer Center
- Knowledge of national and international transection management, documentary
and guarantee business, value-added services, as well as foreign exchange
trading and the bank's requisite electronic service offer.
- Knowledge of DP applications used in the sphere of activity and computer skils.
- Knowledge of computers and networks, as well as operating systems, databanks
and remote data transmission systems.
- Knowledge of the data-protective provisions relating to DP use in the bank's field
of activity.
- Knowledge of the overall service and product range offering for coporate
customers outside of the sphere of activity.
- Knowledge of the business principles, rules, work procedures,relevant
regulations and the bank's internal organization.
- Knowledge of the regulations, directives and busniess processes in the sphere of
ectivity.
- Ability to speak and write fluently Dutch, English and German
