Position: Senior Associate / VP / Director / Executive Director
Department: Investement Banking Department
Location: Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the team leader to carry out business development and deal execution.
• Executing deals, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Being able to lead teams.
• Supporting team leader to manage procedure risk, documentation risk, and compliance.
• Assisting in the arrangement and coordination with counterparts including clients, authority, accountants and counsels.
• Preparing internal and external documents e.g. business proposals, compliance documents etc,
• Conducting industry/sector research, financial analyses, data mining and evaluation as needed.
• Tracking MA market activities and relevant news.
• Mentoring and counseling junior colleagues on professional development.
Requirements:
• Master degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or related disciplines.
• Work experience in investment banking, law, accounting or other relevant industries.
• Overseas working or education experience is required.
• Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, JD, etc.) will be a plus.
• Deep understanding of specific industries is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal) is essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, effective organization skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented, number sensitive, ability in multi-tasking and to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
