Sr Associate / VP – Private Equity – Distressed and Special Situation recruitment
Responsibilities:
Assist in generating investment ideas and target companies in Asia Pacific region across diversified sectors
Perform due diligence, financial and credit analysis, valuations to deal structuring
Negotiation of deals and liaising with professionals such as lawyers, accountants etc
Closing of deals
Requirement:
Obtained MBA from top- tiered university with strong academic track records
Min 5 years (Associate)/ 7-10years (AVP) MBA experience in preferably private equity firm working on investment mandates in Asia
Experience in loans restructuring or distressed companies will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and presentation skill.
Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin. Indonesia Behasa will also be consider for SEA coverage
Frequent travelling is needed.
