Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Manage the Retiree Medical strategy and plan design, contract, and day-to-day management Manage Dental, Vision, and Life strategy and plan design, contract, day-to-day management Manage STD/LTD strategy and plan design, contract, and day-to-day management Integrates/Terminates benefit plans in the event of acquisitions and mergers Ensures plan compliance Vendor management Special Projects as assigned Basic Qualifications 6+ years experience with health welfare benefit plans and plan design Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent Desired/Preferred Qualifications Prefer candidate with team lead experience and/or supervisory experience Possess exceptional analytical abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation Proven organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, but also able to function effectively working independently Strong PC skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SAP is a plus Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies Prefer experience with an outsourced benefits administration arrangement Company Overview Baker Hughes is a leading supplier of oilfield services, products, technology and systems to the worldwide oil and natural gas industry.
