Sr Bridge Project Manager

Our Boston, Massachusetts office is looking for a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to assume a role as a technical and project lead in its bridge design build practice. The ideal candidate will have 15 or more years of professional experience in the design and construction of bridge projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of larger design projects.
- Develop teaming partnerships with other Boston based consultants to build the best project team.
- Coordinate efforts of all key project leads, design build engineers and partners to ensure on-time delivery, meeting of all scheduled milestones, and budget adherence.
- Assemble and analyze all risk associated with complex projects and assist in developing mitigation plans that minimize these risks
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project goals and status to both the client and the general public
- Develop and mentor team members
- A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
- 15 or more years managing bridge design projects
- Experience with design build projects
- A project history that includes increasingly responsible positions in bridge design and experience in managing larger bridge projects in Massachusetts
- Strong relationships with New England DOT's preferred
- A Massachusetts PE (or ability to obtain within six months)
