Our client, a global top tier  eCommerce company is looking for :
Experiential Marketing Program Manager - Retailer/Merchant (BtoB)

We are seeking a Retailer/Merchant (BtoB) experiential marketing program manager with expertise in designing world-class, face-to-face marketing solutions to drive engagement, increase understanding, drive lead generation and introduce the brand, products and services through direct customer experiences.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Develop and manage global, integrated experiential marketing strategies, plans and tactics to support the retail services business unit and overall corporate and enterprise goals, objectives and performance indicators to drive real and measurable business results.

Experiential marketing at our company includes the following:
Sponsorships, Live consumer activations, product placements, stunts, world class custom events, cause marketing initiatives and other experiences that brings the our company brand to life through live, direct Retailer/Merchant (BtoB) experiences. This is a critical role with global responsibilities including:

- Lead Retailer/Merchant (BtoB) co-marketing expereintial programs
-Partner with internal teams across multiple marketing disciplines to create integrated, strategic,  experiential marketing plans that can be measured and drive business results in support of offline retail customers.
- Perform continuous audits to determine overall effectiveness of sponsorships, program strategies, campaigns, programs, and events
-Manage the implementation and activation of initiatives for a large, diverse set of internal clients
-Improve and maintain corporate identity, including branding guidelines, style guides, etc.
-Provide oversight and management of support agencies (Marketing, PR and Experiential agencies) to ensure design, branding, and creative deliverables and experiences are executed in accordance with specific key global marketing initiatives
-Continually monitor business needs to ensure plans are updated to reflect and adequately leverage these changes- specifically, as new business unit needs are identified and when strategic opportunities become available.
-Manage resources, budgets, plans and tactics to desired business results
-Engage stakeholders globally and at all levels to ensure alignment, education, awareness of and commitment to market trends, market activities, expected results, opportunities, and ROI
- Proven record of making recommendations grounded in customer insights and measuring results

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
-Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in experiential marketing or related roles with strong experience creating co-marketing and merchant/retailer activations and sponsorships on a global level.
-Proven ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced, highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated management experience and abilities including working with senior executives
- Experience managing a small team of professionals and an Agency of Record
-Previous experience in developing, coordinating and implementing the full spectrum of experiential marketing vehicles with both small and large budgets.
-Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
-Ability to effective negotiate and manage expectations across all levels of the organization
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft office products including powerpoint, word excel
-Experience integrating experiential marketing programs with other primary marketing vehicles: PR, advertising/ communications, sales promotion, product development, online and offline promotions etc.
-Ability to effectively engage with and work with creative talent internally and with agencies
-Demonstrated planning and organizational skills AND creative thinker
-Proven ability to build relationships within the business area, across the organization and externally.
- Complete projects on own when directed or as lead project manager when required. As lead, you will be responsible for adhering to strict budgets, timelines and regular status updates and reporting
