Position is located in Oklahoma - Full Time
Senior Business Analyst working with Geology
-Understand business processes, data flow analysis and output
-Support business improvements, best practices and data integration for Geology models
-Translate business needs to IT Staff
-Communicate business requirements to IT and guide IT projects
-Gather reqmts from business through various means
-Lead team in systems development
-lead UAT testing
-Maintain documentation, as required
-Facilitate data mapping and process
-Expert level Business acumen
-Lead and facilitate meetings
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Requirements:
-Geology / Oil Gas Industry experience and knowledge
-Process mapping, Use Case Generation, Testing
-Intermediate skills in Data Mgmt -Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Query
-Bachelor's Deg
-At least 6 years in industry experience as Business Analyst
