SR. Business Analyst recruitment

Analyst will work directly with business units and IT teams to develop and find solutions for various projects, provide data gathering and analytical support for strategic planning and programs of work..  Goal is to have the analyst build strategy, planning and execution skills to move into a larger strategic initiative management role.  Internal Operations Systems functional clients are located mainly in New York City and Wilton, CT. 

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and develop strategic alternatives
• Work with and Business Units and functional experts
• Manage track within larger projects – coordinate activities with various Functions and Business Units
• Develop and scope projects within programs of work

Position Requirements
Education:
• Four-year business, liberal arts or applied science degree from a top tier institution,  preferably with strong accounting and finance skills

Experience:
• Must know PAM – 3 or more years of PAM experience is preferred
• Work or academic experience must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office software including Access Excel
• Superb oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem-solving
