SR. BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST
The Sr. Business Operations Analyst will possess a blend of business experience and operational know-how as well as a high degree of technical expertise. A critical component of the roll will be to work with business users to understand their systems and processes. The analyst must possess the ability to take assigned projects from original concept through final implementation. Essential Job Functions: · Work with the business to analyze and gather business/functional requirements · Develop and/or maintain project plans throughout the project life cycle · Review, analyze, and document business processes, working with the business units to determine possible solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity · Design, enhance, and develop applications for the end user to meet business needs · Break fix of business unit databases and applications · Prepare training material and user manuals
