This role will accurately forecast IT Capacity requirements to match future demand and to meet IT service performance targets. Recommend cost effective actions, drive effective use of existing capacity and provide global best practice and guidance.
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following:
- Extensive capacity management experience in large corporations
- Strong knowledge of multiple platforms, architectures and operating systems
- Strong analytic skills and ability to process large volume of qualitative and quantitative data
- Pragmatic, solution oriented and persistent, driving multiple tasks concurrently
- Experience in working with ambiguity and incomplete information
- Highly motivated, enjoying to work in virtual, global teams
