THE POSITION The Sr. Client Support Specialist will partner with a team of Wealth Management Advisors or Senior Wealth Management Advisors and will be responsible for client follow-up and coordination of complex client requests. REQUIREMENTS Working in a local team environment, providing a seamless client experience in a personalized, unparalleled manner through comprehensive service support to the Wealth Management advisory team Perform registered and non-registered sales support activities Service as point of contact for clients of partner Wealth Management Advisors and Senior Advisors Proactively anticipates and effectively responds to client service needs via multiple methods of contact (i.e. phone, email, written correspondence) Fulfills service and sales support requests; includes following up with processing areas and clients Communicates the Wealth Management value proposition to clients and internal customers Executes client transaction requests, such as implementing advice recommendations Enters client's financial data into appropriate systems and tools in order to produce financial solutions Accountable for coordinating sales cycle management activities, including follow-up on asset growth opportunities Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and referring to advisory team Specific activities include: producing income illustrations and transaction forms, reviewing client forms for accuracy, assisting clients to complete transaction forms Supports advisory teams with other administrative assistance when needed TRAVEL Some travel will be required.
