Job Description Job Classification: Contract Exciting mid-sized biopharmaceutical company with commercialized products and a robust product pipeline is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with excellent global study experience to join their team. The Sr. CRA will represent the department and drive collaborative efforts towards global studies which include protocol development, CRO selection, site monitoring, patient recruitment, new study feasibility, vendor management, trial master file (TMF) reconciliation, investigator meetings and more. Will be responsible for all phases of the study from study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities, including the development of the monitoring plan. Sr. CRA will oversee and stay accountable timelines, study quality, budget for assigned studies and participates in timeline development. Sr. CRA will also oversee the preparation of training materials and training of internal and external staff. Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (scientific discipline preferred) and 7-10+ years experience in clinical research including 4+ years experience representing a sponsor with a level of experience as described above. This is a contract position with a solid and growing firm that has a strong track record of hiring contractors to full-time employees. 25% travel may be required.
