Sr Compliance Analyst
The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring changes with internal laws and regulations to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines. This individual will be responsible to establish, mandate and implement standard policies, procedures and best practices across the company to promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Other responsibilities may include:
-Analyze, understand and articulate regulatory and contractual requirements and apply identified requirements to business operations when developing and conducting compliance audits
-Collaborate with the business operations leadership and personnel throughout the audit process
-Document, retain, report and clearly articulate audit-related information (i.e., scope, findings, recommendations, corrective action plans, and status) and documentation to Compliance and business operations leadership
-Manage multiple audits and collaborate across multiple business segments
-Manage the tracking and reporting mechanism (audit database) for audits
-Develop and present reports and results of audits for management's review
-Coordinate with Legal Counsel as needed
-Educate Medicare and Medicaid business partners on Medicare and Medicaid requirements as needed
-Travel as necessary for on-site audits
Requirements:
- Solid experience in an analytical role is required, as are outstanding organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Compliance experience involving health plans or finance will be needed.
- Experience in a large, corporate environment is preferred, and familiarity with managing multiple regulatory projects with many contributors would be very helpful in this role.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential, with Visio skills helpful.
- Flexibility and willingness to shift priorities as often as needed to minimize issues or meet departmental goals and objectives.
- You must be willing to travel as necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
