At Cooper Power Systems, we’re adding a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to our team. Working from our division headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, you will help our business unit and functional leaders execute on aggressive growth targets by helping to bring the right talent into the organization.
The successful candidate will partner with senior managers from 6 business units to target, attract and recruit highly qualified candidates for salaried positions.
Candidate will also be responsible for:
· Full life cycle talent acquisition process: sourcing, qualifying and securing salaried talent across multiple functions
· Proactively developing relationships with top talent in the Electric Power Transmission and Distribution industry
· Successfully managing hiring manager relationships and exceeding delivery expectations
· Providing both internal and external candidates a superior experience
· Managing multiple searches in various stages of recruitment cycle
· Implementing best in class pipelining sourcing strategies leveraging both internal and external resources
· Ensuring that appropriate compliance records are maintained
· Establishing best in class recruitment processes
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors degree
· Minimum 4 years full lifecycle recruitment experience
· Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in manufacturing industry
· Entrepreneurial spirit; “whatever it takes” attitude
· Commitment to professionalism and ethics; respect for every candidate and the confidentiality embedded in the business
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interface and build relationships with diverse cross section of candidates
· Proven track record utilizing technology to create a pipeline of candidates to fill current and future positions
