Accounting Principals has a manufactuering client that requires a Sr. Cost Analyst. A successful candidate will come out of a manufactuering environment with extensive standard cost and inventory control experience.
This will be a very visible position with daily interaction with Operations and Sr. Finance staff; strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic are required.
Key Duties:
- Serve as primary financial resource to the Operations team. .
- Compile and analyze financial information. Assist team in understanding manufacturing variances.
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Create and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
- Complete financial forecasts and budget requirements.
