Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience. 5 years post production experience. Management and team building experience. Strong producing and directing skills: -A working knowledge of Avid and Final Cut -Experience with composite and effects editing -Strong writing skills and good storytelling ability -Good creative instincts and knowledge about television innovation and technology Working knowledge of promotions and marketing. Duties: The Senior Creative Producer position will focus on overseeing all presentations, award submission reels, ACT support, sales creative and general creative across all properties and platforms, including NBA.com, MLB.com, NCAA.com, NASCAR.com, PGA.com, PGATOUR.com, SI.com,and Golf.com. Produce, write and direct specialty short format content. Determine and maintain the creative vision of all original content as well as all promotion and marketing materials for the linear networks. Conceptualize and supervise the creative and production execution that support the networks and Turner Sports properties. Find and implement synergies between the various media properties. Produce high-end sports elements, on-air promotions, and marketing projects for all TNT, TBS and Turner Sports Properties. This individual will be responsible for prepping, writing and producing short format post-production for NBA, NASCAR, PGA, MLB. Assist in development of look and feel of TNT and TBS Sports telecasts and campaigns consistent with network image. Assignments will consist of support for live studio shows, remote event telecasts, marketing and on-air promotions. Oversee and lead a team of producers/associate producers/production assistants and be responsible for the origination and execution of all Turner Sports creative content, marketing, and promotions.
