Job Overview

Koch Minerals LLC is looking for a Sr. Credit Coordinator to join our credit group in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers an individual the chance to manage others, work in a fast paced environment, have contact with all levels of the company and communicate with outside counterparties. Candidates must show good communication and multi-tasking skills, the ability to interact with people from all areas of the company, and be organized and detail-oriented, and be able to re-establish priorities as urgent requests and competing demands from customers are received. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
 
Managing a team to support the Risk group and other KM capabilities businesses
Counterparty setup and maintenance in Allegro and Enertia
Compiling various reports to support different functions
Work with 3rd Parties to manage Sales/Use Tax set up/maintenance
Understanding and updating internal processes and procedures
Driving compliance standards for the Risk group, DPL checks, Records Information Management, FCPA, etc.
Preparing and confirming contracts and amendments with third parties
 
Requirements
Extensive computer skills: Excel, Access, Word, etc.
Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable knowledge
Experience with compliance and record retention 
Supervision experience
High School Diploma or GED
College level classes
 
Preferred
Accurate data entry experience
Allegro system knowledge
Enertia system knowledge
Sales/Use Tax knowledge
Records Information Management experience
Compliance experience, specifically Know Your Customer, Anti-money laundering
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
