If so, this might be a great opportunity for you! The Isilon Storage Division of EMC Corporation is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Evidence Manager. In this role, you will maximize business impact by bringing customer success stories to life and cultivating customer references that set the foundation for our dialogue with customers and the industry. Customer evidence tangibly demonstrates the value of Isilonrsquo;s innovative scale-out NAS technology and is a critical piece of our sales and marketing mix. Working as an individual contributor on the Isilon marketing team and reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will deliver 3rd party credibility through the creation of materials that support: internal and external case studies, customer campaigns, product launches, press efforts, customer speaking engagements and customer to customer references. Success will involve working in close concert with Field Sales reps and sales leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, Public Relations, Field Marketing and, most importantly, customers. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with 3+ years marketing and/or sales experience in the technology industry. Customer evidence ldquo;Voice of the Customerrdquo; marketing strategy experience is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work across teams and divisions, and have a passion for technology. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Must enjoy developing compelling and relevant customer evidence for sales and marketing teams that highlights the Isilon value proposition and positively influences the purchase process. BA/BS required. Salesforce.com experience a plus. Responsibilities: Own the customer evidence creation process from prospect identification through production, distribution and cataloguing.
