Sr. Data Analyst – Financial Reporting recruitment

Business Domain Expertise
• Previous project experience in Commercial Banking Loan Products Background
• Knowledge of General Ledger (G/L), Account Receivables (A/R)
• Knowledge of PL Analysis
• Experience in Lease or Factoring Products is a plus
• Experience in Compliance and Financial Regulatory Reporting a plus
• Experience in Financial Reporting (G/L, A/R, PL) is required  

Technical Expertise
• Exposure to Data Warehousing Architecture is required
• Strong experience in development of Business Requirements and Technical Requirements
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)• Experience in Data Quality Management is a plus
• Experience in Logical / Physical Data Modeling is a plus
• Experience in ETL Process Design is a plus
• Expert level skills in Business Analysis, Functional Requirements and Business requirements
• Familiairty with one of the BI/Reporting Platforms such as Business Objects, Hyperion, Qlikview 

Leadership and Communication Skills
• Writing and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to facilitate discussions with business and IT executives
