Salesforce.com Developer

 

Role is responsible for Insurance Sales processing, Reporting, and Product System integrations with SalesForce.com (SFDC). Role includes SFDC Sales System Administration, System Configurations, Support, Enhancements, and System Workflow Improvements. Must be experienced in working with CRM vendors and outsource partners. Role will also be Technical contributor for workflow design sessions, sales system documentation, technical business consulting, and CRM (SFDC) system modifications. Role includes cross training in Lead and system administration, site configurations, and system workflow improvements. Technical contributor for capturing and documenting workflow design sessions, technical business consulting, and CRM system modifications. This role works with CRM Architect, Marketing Data Integration Lead, CRM Development Lead, on projects for the delivery of new functionality and upgrades to existing systems. Cross trained with CRM Lead Application Consultant

 

Skills Required

•      Knowledge of basic sales management processes, metrics, and management techniques

•      Skilled in application design and knowledge of application development life-cycle and software deployment processes

•      Knowledge of Call Center sales and system integrations for call center delivered services

•      Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities

•      Great written and oral communication skills.

•      Ability to collaborate with peers and project teams on complex projects and issues progress and provide status reports to management

•      Project management skills

•      Documentation skills:  Produces documentation with great attention to detail

Education and Experience Required

•      Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

•      8 - 10 years systems development, consulting, and business experience designing application solutions for multiple types of systems, for sales and marketing teams across an organization

•      3 - 5 years SFDC experience with SalesForce Administration, APEX development, Data Loader, XML and Data integration, Developing Visual-Force, Cases

•      Experience with web development tools and basic HTML, Java Script, XML, HTTP(s)
