The Services Role Excellence team is looking for a team leader to run Services Readiness programs and processes for roughly 8000 Services Employees globally. We are part of the World-Wide Services Operations organization and focus on continuous improvement, simplification, landing corporate initiatives in the A13 geographies, field productivity and of course attracting and developing great talent! This position's Primary Responsibilities include: - Lead a team of Readiness PMs - Design/evolve/implement a readiness requirements collection and definition program that works across all WW Services stakeholder teams - Design/evolve/implement programs that prioritize readiness investments to enable services business strategies each fiscal year - Evolve on-boarding programs such as MSSU and Academies to increase "time-to-productivity" for new hires in Services - Optimize a multi-million $ yearly readiness budget across roles and across "build" Vs "Consume" readiness costs - Design and Produce insightful reports and views of employee training, skills improvement and time to productivity - Proactively collaborate with Role Owners, Sales excellence, Delivery excellence, Services Offerings, Office of the CTO and other WW services HQ teams, and establish defined / predictable ways to engage efficiently - Proactively collaborate with SMSGR leadership and their teams of Curriculum Managers, Field Readiness Managers, infrastructure (e.g. roleguide, learn, etc) and establish defined / predictable ways to engage efficiently Role requirements - Extensive knowledge of the Services business and its requirements for sales and delivery - Experience working with competencies, skills and training programs. - The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of related experience - 3+ years management experience - Having both field and corporate experience is a strong plus. Candidates should have very strong verbal and written communication skills at the executive level. Exceptional competency in Executive Maturity, Impact and Influence, Building Organizational Capability, and Creating Business Value. Candidates should possess a good balance of strategic and operational thinking, including a mindset to measure impact at the right level.
