Sr. Director Business Development
Our company has the need for a Business Development Head for North America. The candidate must have a strong desire to acquire valuable partnerships in this region and optimize their returns. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the overall success of the company and have the desire to play a part in all facets of Business Development.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquisition of Valuable Partnerships in North America
- Define Business Targets, Map out an Entry Strategy appropriate to your partner's market, evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and define performance-relative parameters
- Maintain and expand local partnership structures and networks
- Implement Predefined Partnership Models and Concepts into existing business processes
- Work closely with Senior Executives to drive partner relationships necessary to achieve client metrics
- Assume responsibility of the Distribution Budget for the individual languages or countries
- Devise New Partnership Models and find New Distribution Channels
Qualifications
- Desire to work in an evolving and dynamic environment
- Confident in negotiating and comfortable interacting with upper level management
- Possess impeccable social and intercultural communication skills
- TEN years of related experience in Business Development or Sales. University Graduate, JD or MBA is desirable
