My client is seeking a Senior Director, Sales who will have responsibility for the delivery of the business development (sales) group focused on my client's class action and claims solutions, corporate services and legal notice. The Senior Director will manage the activities of approximately 15 associates who are located at the Portland, Oregon office and in remote sales territories around the United States. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required; however, an advanced degree (Master?s or Juris Doctorate) will be strongly preferred for this position. Prior legal sales leadership experience and a solid track record of successful revenue generation is also necessary. Candidates must also have a well-established legal and professional network from which to leverage new business; a high degree of self-motivation and persistence; excellent communication and relationship management skills; and entrepreneurial nimbleness balanced with professional acumen. A significant amount of domestic, nationwide travel is required for this position (this is normally completed during the business work week). This position has the potential of being either located at Corporate office in Portland, Oregon office or a remote, home-based location given easy access to a major airport hub and transportation network.
