Sr. eCommerce Engineer (JAVA)

What you need for this position:
1.) Proficient in a Java/J2EE environment
2.) Proficient in Oracle
3.) Proficient in PL/SQL
4.) Fantastic communication skills, writing, networking, able to think outside of the box in a way that EVERYONE can understand clearly.
What you'll be doing:
1.) Directing, leading, developing features and functionality for our eCommerce site and its applications including; order management, risk analysis, payment processing, and return order processing
2.)Provide technical leadership for design and implementation of new features and software system enhancements
2.) Involved in one or more business areas and platforms as a lead of de
3.) You are the Leader of a small team and will be involved in all of the projects that relate to web development. You will still be HANDS-ON to perform code and test plan reviews but will also serve as a mentor and in development architecture
4.) Serve as technical lead on business development programs that enhance the ordering process
5.) Interact directly with internal business groups such as customer service and marketing to define and clarify specification, analyze business processes, and implement solutions
