Skills:
• More than 10 years of strong hands-on experience in Data Warehouse Environment.
• Atleast 6 years specilizing in ETL Function.
• Practical knowledge of designing and implementing ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Data Stage or Ab Initio. Role:
• Develop a strategy for transforming, standardizing, validating and cleansing the data while it is moved across the architecture data store(s).
• Design and document the ETL architecture.
• Establish standardized approaches for functions like exception management, reconciliation, slowly-changing dimensions.
• Develop design specifications for standardized approaches.
• Determine the best approaches for transferring and loading data.
• Setup the change data capture procedure to ensure that the data stores in the tiered architecture are properly refreshed when changes of interest occur.
• Define a messaging approach to move the data among the target data stores.
• Partner with the data analysts and ETL developers to ensure all required metadata is recorded. 

Excellent Communication skills is a must. 

Location: New York City, NY (with 25% travel to client site)
